What we collect
One thing, and only if you write to us: the form on the Trading page collects your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, and the text of your question. We use it to answer you, and for nothing else. No customer accounts, no newsletter, no online payments, no analytics, no advertising trackers. If you do not fill in that form, we collect nothing at all.
How long we keep it
Enquiries sent through that form are erased automatically six months after they arrive, and we delete them sooner once a question is settled. Your IP address is not stored alongside your enquiry. Nothing is sold, rented or passed to anyone.
Cookies
Two cookies, both technical. The first remembers whether you chose French or English so the site does not ask again on every page. The second is a session cookie: it protects the Trading page form against forged submissions and rate-limits it, and it lets the shop owner sign in to the management area. Neither carries an advertising identifier, and neither is used for tracking.
External services
Typefaces load from Google Fonts and the stylesheet from the Tailwind CSS content delivery network; those services see your browser's IP address, as happens with any file loaded over the web. We deliberately embed no interactive map, no social media buttons and no audience analytics.
Server logs
Our host keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. We do not mine them for tracking.
Your rights
Quebec's Law 25 and PIPEDA give you the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to require its deletion. Write to us and it is done: since it amounts to at most a name, an email address and a question, checking and erasing takes minutes, not thirty days.
